Shipping Policy for Happy Stones™ Freeze Dried Goods

Freeze dried items are delicate and fragile. We package with care and use 200# crush resistant corrugated boxes and filler to prevent damage. Once shipped, we are unable to control USPS handling and delivery.

To ensure food safety, Happy Stones™ products cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your order.

1. Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates: For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout.

2. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days, often sooner. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. 

4. Shipment Carrier: We use USPS for all orders.

5. Shipment Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO Addresses and US Territories.

6. Signature Requirement: Orders do not require signature upon delivery.
